I see what you mean, Blue. I almost never post in the morning or evening threads, since I feel like they're more of an ongoing conversation, and I can only really post in 10-minute bursts during a break of while on public transit. I talk to some TK friends on FB or via text, and I would feel weird coming to a public message board to only talk to those same people.

Oh, and I will totally admit that I'm guilty of the "ZOMG Bec!!!" thing. I've been posting here since 2008, and there's so much turnover that I get twitterpated when I see an old familiar face.

I don't think people post just to get the ZOMG A WHATSHERFACE SIGHTING reaction. I think the reactions are kind of annoying and kind of funny, but it's not the fault of the poster they're excited about.

I'm really sick of the, "i've got a wedding related problem and really need to VENT and i thought this was the place to do it" posts.

Why exactly would this be the place to do it?

Also on the NYE board, there's like a 839479284 page post for newbs basically telling them how to act, what's appropriate and it's just annoying. We're adults, we can handle the interwebs.

She's an old woman and she thinks she's still in the 50's, when you know, we all knew about Etiquette. Like not wearing tuxes before 6PM, etc..cause the world will end if you do.

And I'm pretty sure her daughter didnt let her have a hand in her wedding, which I find SO funny. Can you tell I've had run in's with her?
