I sent my dad an email today saying that I was struggling with invitation wording. One of my friends is designing our invites in exchange for me to do photography at her wedding a month before ours.
My dad's response was this:
"You missed the wedding
and that's a bummer,
it was hot in Hawaii,
like a Maryland summer.
We're throwing a party
to give you a chance
to have a few beers
and sing and dance.
So come out to Hunt Valley
to see me and my Honey,
and if you can't make it,
just send us some money."
If only we could really do that!
