We rented ours through our caterer and for 110 people with china for the food stations, beer, wine, mixed drinks, and champagne glasses for the bar and flatware were quoted $862. If your caterer also has a restaurant, they might be able to cut you a deal on the rental price since they likely already own the equipment and don't have to rent it themselves. We are close friends with our caterer who does also own a restaurant so they were able to bring that number down for us which was very generous of them. But you probably have to ask for a discount in that case. GL.

We're using Raphaels Party Rentals for everything. A lot of the venues we visited recommended them and so far they have been very helpful.
