Should I redo my hair trial?

I originally had a hair trial back in February when I swore I wasn't going to have a headpiece or a vail.

Fast forward 6 months and I now have both! LOL

Should I contact my hair stylist and do a new trial now that I have a headpiece and vail?

I'd hate to spend the extra money but I don't want to sit there dumbfounded the day of the wedding figuring out what I should do with my hair.

Thanks!

Re: Should I redo my hair trial?

  • I would definitely do another trial.  Having the extra pieces may change the way things look.  Especially if you are going to take out the veil after the ceremony.

  • Yes I think you should.  The headpiece and veil might change the look of your hair style, and if you don't like it you don't want to fooling around, trying to figure out an alternative on your wedding day.
  • I think it depends.  What type of style did you do at trial?  Is it simple enough that the headpiece and veil would be added to it, or is it elaborate enough that you might want to re-think the whole thing?

  • To clarify, can you picture adding a headpiece and veil?  For example, my shower and wedding hairstyles were similar, I don't think it's hard to picture going from this:

  • I think I would redo it. But if you're really unsure, check with your stylist. She'll probably know best.

Actually yes..the style is very simple. I think I'm going to take the advice of others and just email her and see what she thinks.
