I have never heard of these! What do they do? Are they just ice sculptures or do they have another purpose?
  • edited December 2011
I believe if it is an ice sculpture than they are just decor. If it is a ice luge then you can pour a drink through it! They are ususally located at the bar.

PP is right ... if they are just ice they sit there and look pretty. Otherwise the bartender can pour drinks in them at one end and they come out the other. I think the one in the picture is an actual luge, there's a nozzle thing at the bottom. LOL it was a random picture I found on the knot for reception ideas.
