I finally got some of my e-pics up on my blog, I'm so excited! And it kind of makes me want to do another e-session, it was such a fun day!

    LOL no :-( that would have been the perfect proposal for me though because I am a major wino! We just thought it would be cute to do a picnic in the vineyards for our e-session and I love making personalized wine labels :-)

    Your pics are so cute!!

    But I have to admit it's a little crazy to me that I recognized everywhere you took pictures AND I know/knew Ashley. Is she married to Jason? Last I talked to her (YEARS ago) she was with him and I knew they were pretty serious back then.

    ANYWAY, it's too bad that Concannon was closed for 2013. I had no idea! But I guess they have been doing some crazy development recently... Where did you guys end up deciding on instead??

    OMG how funny! Yes her and Jason got married in January 2011 - I was a bridesmaid in their wedding :-) Such a small world! Where do you know Ash from?

    Yeah I was so sad that we couldn't get married at Concannon...I literally cried for hours when the property manager told me it was a no go. lol I know someone who had her ceremony and cocktail hour there and didn't have the best experience dealing with them so I guess it's probably for the best. We're getting married at the Purple Orchid Inn just down the road--where are you and your FI getting married?

    I love your pics! We had ours taken Nov. 25th and I am DYING to get a sneak peek at them. I guess that's what I get for booking one of the busiest photogs in Michigan - she has a LOT of clients and pics to get through. :( Seeing your's is making me SUPER anxious. :)

    My FI and I went to the same highschool as Jason and were in the same graduating year. Actually, we went to school with Jason from elementary through highschool! Weird. I knew Ashley from working at Mervyns long ago. I'm pretty sure she was one of the managers of my department. That's cool to know that they're still together and now with a baby! Happy for them. :)

    FI and I considered Concannon too, but when they never responded to my inquiries about hosting our wedding there, I figured I probably didn't want to work with them. :/ Just out of curiosity, you're not talking about Christie and David, are you? Now I'm convinced you know everyone I know. lol. Concannon's property is beautiful though -- I friggin' love Underdog.

    FI and I are getting married at Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford (Napa area). It has been kind of a pain to drive out there all the time, but we're still really excited about it! :)

    Haha this is too funny! Yeah I went to Livermore High. I've known Jason for a really long time too, my brother played soccer with him and a lot of Granada guys. And I worked at Mervyn's too! Not as long as Ash though, we started there about the same time but then I moved away for college. And yes I was talking about Christie and David LOL I know them from doing Young Life at Granada - haven't kept in touch since high school but I knew they'd gotten married there so once I got engaged I contacted her to see how her experience was.

    That's right I remember you saying you were getting married in Rutherford--it's so beautiful up there! If you're willing to do the drive then it's definitely worth it. I'll have to check out the Auberge du Soleil website :-)

    Thank you everyone for the sweet comments!

    Southern-Do you ever go to the Vine? I LOVE that theater! I can remember going there to see Pocanhontas and so many other movies as a little girl, very nostalgic for me :-) And it's amazing now that it's remodeled and you can buy wine & real food!

    Birdie-You will have so much fun! Looking at our pics seriously makes me want to do another e-session lol

    Chels-Thank you! FI is really into classic cars and was really excited to use his Mustang. He didn't tell me until like a week before that he wanted to use it; I'm so glad we did though, some of our best shots were in and around the car!
