  you still would have time to make one with your engagement pictures or other pictures of you and your fi.  Mypublisher takes about 2 weeks but I know I got mine much faster than that.

  Ditto the photo guestbook.

  I've also seen people use nice bottles of wine, or even a nice coffee table book about a subject the couple liked.

  
  

  For our unity candle, I bought a lantern at Home Goods and I put a pillar candle inside.

  You can make one quickly on Shutterfly of you and your FI.  That's what I did.
