HELP!!! Breakers? Ocean Place?

Has anyone been married at the Breakers or Ocean Place (or planning on having their reception there?)?

I want to get married on the beach and have the reception at a venue with a hotel. Any suggestions are welcome!!

    H was in a wedding held at the Breakers 2 years ago.  It was very nice - the outside cocktail hour was gorgeous (although it was 100 degrees in June).  They got married in a church up north and drove down afterwards, then took pics at the pavillion just across Ocean Ave.  The food was good too.  The only thing is, if you have a big guest list, the room was very cramped.  Not sure what the max capacity was, but with 12 at every table there just wasn't enough room.  H said that the room for the BP was cramped as well.  Also... if it rains, the cocktail hour is in the basement.  I loved staying right upstairs.  Overall, it was very nice.

    I am getting married at the Ocean Place in September. I've been to a wedding at both the Breakers and the OP before. the OP is amazing. so much space, bigger rooms, private beach for guests, after party bar inside and outside! the breakers is small. small, small--if you are having a smaller wedding then that is nice. but the weddings ive been to there felt small and cramped. the OP to me, feels like a destination wedding at home and i love that about it. good luck and congrats!
