1) What shoes are you wearing today?

Shiny black pumps

2) How are you wearing your hair today?

Blunt bangs (which I have everyday) and a bun

3) What do you have going on this weekend coming up?

I am going to try to increase my running mileage and hopefully spend some time with one of my best friends. Plus the usual assortment of laundry and housework.

4) Did you watch the debate last week?

Nope.

5) Who do you plan to vote for in the presidential election next month?

I honestly haven't decided. From my preliminary research none of the candidates really match up with my political standings. So I will need to spend more time weighing my options.

6) Does it bother you that there is no (NHL) hockey?

Yes. I am bummed that there won't be any regular season stuff, but I was also planning on going to the Winter Classic this year and I am assuming that will end up being canceled too. Red Wings (my team) at the Big House (my alma mater)...I want to cry.

7) What's something you're looking forward to in the next month?

FI and I (plus a ton of FI's family) are attending a wedding in a few weeks. Should be fun, plus maybe we'll get some ideas for ours.

8) What's something you're looking forward to in the next 3 months?

Next month we will be a year out from our wedding, which is pretty crazy to think about. Plus all of the usual stuff like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas vacation, and my birthday!

9) Are there any movies out that you want to see?

I wouldn't mind going to see Argo and Seven Psychopaths.

10) Is it "fall" where you live?

Yes and we have been setting record lows all week. 25 F is way too cold for October. All of our leaves have basically changed colors too.

11) Are you looking forward to winter?

Yes and no. I don't like dealing with snow on a day to day basis but I like snowmobiling so yeah.

12) What are you having/did you have for breakfast today?

Oatmeal. The maple brown sugar kind.

13) Do you like scary movies? If so, what is your favorite?

No. I can not watch scary movies. Trailers for scary movies freak me out. Even CSI type shows give me nightmares. I am a big wuss.

14) Are you dressing up for Halloween?

Only a little bit. We have a Halloween work party that people dress up for. I will probably wear my Gryffindor scarf and cloak and call that good enough. Other than that, no real Halloween plans. Unless you count FI and my tradition of watching The Crow every year.

15) What's your favorite Halloween candy?
Reese's.

I like hockey when I catch a game but my life doesn't have a void without it.

The half iron, seeing the wedding site, penn renn, and just enjoying my little family in general.

The holidays and the time spent with the people I love.

3) What do you have going on this weekend coming up? I need to finish my online recertification for my biotherapy provider card. So exciting. We also have a bonfire at a coworker's house on Saturday.

4) Did you watch the debate last week? No, but I feel like I did because of all of the Facebook statuses that came out of it.

5) Who do you plan to vote for in the presidential election next month? I was going to vote third party, but Romney has said such horrendous things about gay marriage and Islam that I feel like my best option is to vote completely against him by voting for Obama.

6) Does it bother you that there is no (NHL) hockey? YES. Hockey is my favorite sport ;__________;.

7) What's something you're looking forward to in the next month? Vacation is in less than two weeks!! And Freya's first birthday is tomorrow!

8) What's something you're looking forward to in the next 3 months? I'm going to Seattle in December to help my best friend before and after he has top surgery!!

9) Are there any movies out that you want to see? Nope. I saw The Master and that's all I was looking to see.

10) Is it "fall" where you live? Very much so.

11) Are you looking forward to winter? Yes, and I hope we have lots and lots of snow!!

12) What are you having/did you have for breakfast today? A burrito with egg, cashew, tofu and chicken sausage.

13) Do you like scary movies? If so, what is your favorite? I like psychological thrillers, not bloody stuff. I really like The Sixth Sense.

14) Are you dressing up for Halloween? Yes. I cut out the fabric for my costume over the weekend and will be starting to sew it this weekend. We're doing superheroes at work, so I'm making an Iron Man-themed dress.

The boots Tiger suggested I buy from Cathy Jean Shoes! I am in love with them.

2) How are you wearing your hair today?

It's up in a ponytail and it's not clean either. I woke up, realized it was raining again but I left my umbrella at work so I had to leave with FI and I only had 25 minutes to get ready.

3) What do you have going on this weekend coming up?

Friday I might be going with FI to his dad's high school reunion (I think it's weird but apparently it's a 'family' thing). Saturday FI and I are going to my friend's house for dinner. Sunday I'm heading into NYC to watch football.

4) Did you watch the debate last week?

I did. I was pretty disappointed with the President's performance.

5) Who do you plan to vote for in the presidential election next month?

President Obama. I can't vote for someone that I believe is a condescending, smug, liar. Or someone that would like to take away my rights and the rights of people I love.

6) Does it bother you that there is no (NHL) hockey?

YES. I should be going to my first regular season Devils game on Friday

7) What's something you're looking forward to in the next month?

Girl's weekend/G2G with Bri, Saks, Peek, Sousa, Jorja, Bean, Elle and maybe Lennon!

Christmas!

I'm dying to see Looper. Also, Sinister which isn't out yet but has pretty decent reviews for a scary movie.

Yes. It's chilly and rainy here today. I hate it.

Eh. I love the holidays a lot but I hate cold and I hate snow.

I LOVE scary movies. LOVE. Halloween is my favorite. I have dreams about Michael Myers (we're friends, apparently).

kind of... some of the leaves are changing, but the weather is supposed to still be in the 70s-80s, so it's not QUITE fall.

no... the only good thing about winter is all the yummy comfort foods and the holidays. I really dislike how long and cold and dark winter is.

Down, and unbrushed. I'm supposed to leave the house at 6:45, so when my alarm went off at 5:45, I decided I was allowed to sleep in for 10 min since I didn't need to shower (I did it last night after my run). Apparently my body took that to mean I was allowed to sleep until 6:43. I sprinted out of the house. It's a miracle I'm wearing underwear.

Mom and I are going to an apple festival in PA. I also have GS training that I need to do online.

1) What shoes are you wearing today? At the moment, none. Working from home in yoga pants and sloppy t-shirt. It's beautiful.

2) How are you wearing your hair today? Appropriately messy ponytail to complement above described outfit. I'm such a fashionista.

3) What do you have going on this weekend coming up? Chores around the house, and hoping to schedule a photo session with FI and our kids to serve as both family photos and engagement photos. The weather forecast doesn't look so great, however.

4) Did you watch the debate last week? Yes, about a half hour until FI got really pissed and we changed the channel. He hates politicians. All of them.

5) Who do you plan to vote for in the presidential election next month? President Obama.

6) Does it bother you that there is no (NHL) hockey? Meh, not really. I enjoy watching the Red Wings, but it's not something I live and die for. The Winter Classic LovelyHeather mentioned at The Big House is a pretty cool event, however, and one that will be missed.

7) What's something you're looking forward to in the next month? Our UM/MSU Football Party, Halloween with my kids, and beginning wedding planning.

8) What's something you're looking forward to in the next 3 months? Christmas, snow, snowboarding, New Years, all of it. I love the holidays.

9) Are there any movies out that you want to see? There's one coming out with Tom Hanks and Halle Barry that I want to see, but the name of it escapes me at the moment. I also want to see 'Frankenwienie' as I love Tim Burton's stuff.

10) Is it "fall" where you live? Absolutely! My favorite time of year.

11) Are you looking forward to winter? Yes, we have season passes to a resort up North and try to go ski/snowboarding a couple times a month.

13) Do you like scary movies? If so, what is your favorite? Yes, but I really like 'suspenseful' movies rather than slasher/gore types. I loved 'Signs'.

14) Are you dressing up for Halloween? Probably not. If I do, I'll pull a princess crown out of my daughter's dress up gear and wear that while we go trick or treating. I love Halloween, but it's really all about the kids!

Best weekend even! Off work on Friday and BF and I are driving up to Cambridge to visit my little sister & her BF in their new place. Saturday we're going to meet with a shiba inu breeder and see her new puppies (which me may be getting one of next month if all goes well!). Saturday after that we're driving to Amherst and staying with one of my best friends who I rarely get to see and her new fiance, and Sunday driving home and starting to pack for the move.

Couldn't care less.

Not really - I think snow is pretty but it quickly gets annoying. I like being outside but I hate being too cold, so winter always messes up my outdoor plans.

Coffee. BF asked me to make him a bacon egg and cheese and split it with him, but I declined. I'm doing my thintopia weigh-in today and I will NOT mess it up!

Nooo, I'm a chicken. If anything, I like psychological thrillers, but no gore.

Probably not, unless we go to a costume party.

BF is out of town this weekend and I'm house sitting for my parents so I'll probably just work on school stuff, read, and then Saturday night I'm hanging out with some friends. Sunday I'm going to go visit my friend and her baby.

4) Did you watch the debate last week?
Half of it...BF won't watch it so made me turn it off.

5) Who do you plan to vote for in the presidential election next month?
Obama. I can't support a President like Romney, I just can't.

6) Does it bother you that there is no (NHL) hockey?
Kind of. Seattle has no NHL team (although soon, is the rumor!!) but, I'm originally from PA so I watch the Pens.

7) What's something you're looking forward to in the next month?
Well, at the end of the month I am going to San Francisco to visit my sister, and next month will be the last day of school for my B.S. so I'm pretty happy about that.

Argo looks really good. I also sort of want to see Pitch Perfect still.

Starting to get there. The leaves are finally changing and rain is coming soon so I know that means it's fall in Seattle.

Not really. Normally our winters are just rain and then if it snows it's awful because people are maniacs on the road.

Piece of toast + hard boiled egg.

They are one of my favorite flowers. I love the scent they have too, although some people think they are very over powering. BF will usually send flowers once or twice a year depending. It's nice but I always remind him it's not necessary. He did one year get me a single red rose made from velvet packaged all pretty.

I'm also partial to lillies since my niece's name is Lilly. On our second or third date BF got me a single red rose (I had never received flowers before). I still have it in the vase on my dresser. I used to jokingly tell him that it was sad and needed new live flowers. I think maybe because I've never really had anyone send them, that's why I would love to have some.

I'm also obsessed with white gardenias. I was given one for my corsage for prom. They smell amazing.

I've never smelled a gardenia before, at least I don't remember anyways. Once these die I may have to look into some. I don't even know that much about them either.

Finding out whether DH gets a transfer to VA/MD. Also, our HFFs (Honeymoon Friends Forever) are coming to visit us!

Not that I can think of. I usually just catch things on HBO. (#13 reminded me that I'm looking forward to Paranormal Activity #4, but I don't think I'll see it in the theater)
