Couples Shower Host Gifts

Does anyone have ideas for what to get the hosts/hostesses for our couples shower? There are 5 couples hosting it so I thought it would be nice to get something for each couple.

    Bottle of wine? Gift card for each couple to enjoy a dinner out at a restaurant?  Movie tickets?  Keep it simple!
