Checking three more things off the list!

My fiance and I are checking three BIG things off our list this week. Thursday we are going to go register at one of the two stores we will be registering at. Saturday we are going to go look at and probably buy our wedding bands. Then, Sunday we are going shopping for tuxes! I'm very excited! This previous week I also did a mock work-up of our menu cards and our programs. I feel very accomplished. Anything you guys are working on this week for the wedding?

    Congrats girl!! We got tuxes done this weekend! I feel like there are so many little things to do still...I have to update my wedding website and get started on my invites soon. The wedding nightmares are starting to become more frequent haha!

    Just rented all our rentals today. Gonna decide the menu on Saturday. Gonna start on my invites next week! We just have to work on our pop corn barn and photo booth! Almost all done!

    We have our menu tasting this week!  Kind of early, but the rest of the year brings not only the holidays but a million family birthdays and our dating anniversary, so we're trying to get as many weekend-only meetings done as possible before they're all booked!

    I feel you! I actually had my menu tasting in August because I live in TX and our wedding is in MA--only time both me and fiance could be there to do it! You do what you can. Enjoy! Yum :)

    We have been busy in the last few weeks. We got the limos and police escorts booked, finally booked a florist, picked up our invitations, did the tux rentals, and finally got deposits down for EVERYTHING!! We still to have our next meeting with our priest but the fiance is out of town with work until the end of October. Still feel like I have a ton of stuff to do but I can't think of anything else.

    Sounds like we are all getting stuff done. I can't believe there's only about 4 months left!

    We also will be meeting with our pastor later. We live in a different city than our pastor, so we aren't meeting with him until  the beginning of Decemeber. He was my paster from the tiem I was 6, though, so its not like he is a complete stranger.

    My fiance and I went and registered at Bed Bath and Beyond yesterday. I had no idea what the process would be like! We were there for 2 1/2 hours yesterday and we still have to go back because we aren't done. And we don't even have that many items on our registry so far!

    Great checks!!  FI and I bought our wedding bands last Saturday!!  Plus I had my ering redipped in white gold (and will do so again right before the wedding)!
