Officiant troubles

Who is everyone using for an officiant, if you aren't having your ceremony in a church?  My problem is that we are already legally married, so we don't need an ordained officiant for our vow renewal.  But we also can't think of anyone we know who is good at public speaking that could do it.  If you are hiring someone, about how much are you paying?

Ours was highly recommended by a co-worker and we have been taking pre-marital training (counseling) with him and we just love him. He's such a great speaker. Though we are paying around $375 for him.

His name is Dr. Roy Halberg http://weddingdr.com/
