    Has anyone gotten married or attended a wedding at any of these venues? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Check out The Ashford Estate in Hamilton (Central Jersey). It is seriously spectacular! The Pleasantdale Chateau is also gorgeous.

    Oh, one more to check out would be Mallard Island, the venue we almost picked. It has the same owners and pricing as the Bonnet Island and the Ashford Estate.     I'm probably biased, but I thought my wedding had amazing food. It was at the W in Hoboken. I also really liked the food at Ashford Estate.

    Definitely check out the Ashford Estate- would totally meet your needs. Other places to look at are Battleground County Club, Molly Pitcher Inn, Oyster Point, Shaddowbrook, and Branches.

    Congratulations on getting engaged!!! Just wanted to let you know that The Ashford Estate is very expensive. It is 22,000 just to rent the estate and thats not including catering. Not too sure of the pricing on the Westmount or The Grove. The Palace at Somerset Park is in your price range!

    The Ashford Estate in Monmouth County (Allentown) is gorgeous. The ballroom has soaring ceilings, huge glass windows. I'm a little biased since I'm getting married there. : ) We're expecting between 175-220 guests but I'm pretty sure they can hold about 300.
