While I don't have the same opinion on honeymoon funds as most people on here, I wouldn't use a site like honey fund, they take a cut from your gifts. Most people will give you money anyway so why give a portion of it to a middle man? A friend is using liberty travel for her honeymoon fund. Not sure how it works exactly,…

A honeymoon is a vacation. Unless you ask everyone to fund all your vacations why do you feel it necessary or okay to ask people to fund this vacation?

Yes. 100% yes. It is tacky AND rude to ask anyone to fund your wedding and honeymoon. If you don't have the money, plan smaller or get married now and honeymoon at a later date. If I see one more Go Fund me for a wedding or honeymoon I will lose it.
