    We also used Colleen from Smply Honeymoons, she saved us over $400 on the hotels!

    On my honeymoon there were stray chickens. Then one day the all disappeared, and the hotel served chicken for dinner.

    What does that include? Rings, honeymoon, rehearsal dinners, out of town bags, accomodations that weekend, etc.? That number will change drastically if I take out rings, honeymoon, hotels, etc.

    I am looking at going to Curacao for my honeymoon in sept 2012. Any advice on hotels? I would love to be able to walk out of the hotel room and directly onto a beach. I loved Boaose hotel but it is very expensive.

    Have you looked at local hotels? Most hotels do wedding receptions. The hotel we booked for our reception lets us have the honeymoon suite for discount rate because we are having the reception there Best of luck and congrats :D

    Nope. If someone wants to treat you to a couples massage on your honeymoon they will ask you where you're going and contact the hotel themselves or will put cash in a card with a note that says "splurge on the honeymoon!"
