Hi everyone,
My wedding is in April and I would like to loose 5kg's. I am 6ft 8inch tall and currently weigh 70kg's. My ideal weight is 65kg's. For the past 2 months I have started eating properly and excerciing but I have not seen results.
I walk 30minutes 3 x a week. My diet consists of the following: Breakfast: Bowl of Special K Snack: Yogurt and a Fruit Lunch: Rice crackers Snack: Yoguyr and a Fruit Dinner: Chicken or Fish with Veggies and/or Salad
Somehow I just can't drop those last 5kg's - eeeek.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

You eat RICE CRACKERS for lunch? Christ, no wonder yo're not losing weight.
You need to eat more. You need to eat more veggies and fruit, and lean protein, and you need to fuel your body at lunch. Special K isn't the best, most fueling breakfast either.
And I hope you mean you're 5'8", otherwise 65kgs would be quite underweight.

I love special k for breakfast too, but I always have a piece of fruit or add some sliced up bananas to it.

Ha ha yes sorry about that, I am 5'8" LOL ...
What do you guys have for breakfast and lunch? I don't have much time in the mornings so a bowl of Special K at work goes down well. I used to have a sandwich at lunch (low GI bread, cold meats and cheese). Maybe I should go back to that?
