Hi everyone,
My wedding is in April and I would like to loose 5kg's. I am 6ft 8inch tall and currently weigh 70kg's. My ideal weight is 65kg's. For the past 2 months I have started eating properly and excerciing but I have not seen results.
I walk 30minutes 3 x a week.
My diet consists of the following:
Breakfast: Bowl of Special K
Snack: Yogurt and a Fruit
Lunch: Rice crackers
Snack: Yoguyr and a Fruit
Dinner: Chicken or Fish with Veggies and/or Salad
Somehow I just can't drop those last 5kg's - eeeek.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
