I'm confused, are you saying the place doesn't allow alcohol or doesn't provide alcohol? If you are allowed to have alcohol but can bring in your own that is a great savings for you compared to the places that do provide alcohol. Depending what your budget is and how formal of a wedding you are hosting could affect what you choose. I am having a couple different types of beers, a red and a white wine, a vodka, a gin, a bourbon, a rum, and a tequila.

Post on your local board to get recommendations for specific stores. I would look for somewhere with knowledgeable staff that can help you stock the bar within your budget and ask about the return policy for unopened cases/bottles (this can vary by state law and store policy).

There are also drink calculators online that can help you determine how much people will drink, just Google.
