Wedding card boxes

Does anyone know of a place in Kansas City to rent a sturdy lockable mailbox on a stand for cards?

Re: Wedding card boxes

  • Check your local board. This one is international and may not be a whole lot of help. GL

[QUOTE]alithebride: Being negative and judgemental in life will never get you anywhere.  I'm truly sorry that you felt your response was necessary!   The couple's friends and family are happy to invest in their future.  They are not asking for cash, but rather donations to be used towards their first home down payment.  Anyone would rather give a bride and groom something that is useful and needed rather than something they do not need.  If you decide that you have a useful response to my question, please post it here.  Thanks!

alithebride: i agree with you - it's not appropriate to ask for cash or even ASSUME you are getting gifts...

OP - check your local board for a card box - card boxes are a welcome idea and many people will give a card if not one with a cash gift but it is wise to also have a registry some people do not feel right giving money as gifts

  • I'm confused about how this is not "asking for cash."
