Rockville, Maryland Wedding Venue

I'm so frustrated/upset/stressed about finding a wedding venue, that I don't even know how people have done this in the past. If I had known how insane the "rules" are for some of these wedding venues, I don't think I would've ever asked for a wedding. I'm convinced my "perfect" venue doesn't exist. (And before you say I have to make compromises, I've already made dozens of compromises, and these are the things I'm not willing to settle on.) Does anyone know of anything that meets the following requirements: • Within 20 miles of Rockville, MD • Has an outdoor space/gardens OR greenhouse/arboretum with plants/flowers/foliage inside • Allows red-colored liquor, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages • Preferably under $5,000 Thanks in advance for any help you can give me! I'm about to call it quits and elope!
