Reception venues for over 300 guests?

Any suggestions for reception venues for over 300 guests? (For my sister's wedding...she lives out of town and I am helping plan). They are probably inviting around 360 people. Places that hold "up to" 300 probably wouldn't work in case they have a good RSVP response! (Nothing in St Charles, wineries, etc. St Louis city or county please) Thanks!

    Price point? I believe the Renaissance Grand Hotel's crystal ballroom holds 300 but it's at least $100 per plate.
