It has a lace-up back that can be adjusted to fit your curves,The bottom is made up of ruffles and have small glitter flower embellishments for a little detail.The dress does have a train.I am 5'2 and wore 4 inch heels on my wedding day to give you an idea of the length. I weighed about 122 lbs at the time of my wedding. I ordered a size 8 for my chest and they took it in a little at the hips.
