Export Guest List

I've read previous threads about exporting the guest list but none of them have helped. There is an export and import button on the upper right but when I click the Export button NOTHING happens. I've checked downloads, cleared out my cookies, etc. I'm at the end of my rope, I entered them (all 156 so far) as I got them so I don't have a master list. Can someone please help me?

    Hi there,

    I'm so sorry you're having trouble with this. Can you please let me know what browser you're using? (If you're using Firefox - OSX, please try Safari or Chrome. There is an issue with Firefox for some users that we are working to fix ASAP.)

    If this doesn't work, please let me know and I will get our team to get you an export of your guest list.
