I'm in the process of choosing invitations for my November wedding.  The woman in the store told me that technically speaking where the parents names are places depends on who is paying for the wedding.

For example

My parents are fitting the bill so mine will read " Mr. and Mrs. Brides parents invite you to celebrate with them....Bride and Groom, son of Mr. and Mrs, Grooms parents."

My best friend and her fiance are paying for their own wedding so theirs will read "You are cordially invited in celebrate the marriage of Bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bride's Parents and Groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Groom's Parents"

If both your parents are chipping in, you phrased that part correctly. 

The ones paying for the wedding are the ones who are extending the invitation.  Others can then be mentioned as parents of.
