I have a great dip!  Sorry I am not much help.  What do you already have?  I would make mashed potatoes, green beans and bacon (littler just steamed green beans with cooked bits of bacon) and some sort of roll.  My mom also makes cranberry sauce but I don't have the recipe!  :(

    Beaumonde dip

    1 cup sour cream

    1 c mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp dried onions

    1 Tbsp dried parsley

    1 Tbsp dill

    2 Tlsp beaumonde

    Directions:

Mix all together and let it chill overnight

This jello mold is my fave. Here's a similar recipe. I just add pumpkin pie spices with the cranberry sauce and do mandarin oranges instead of regular.

It sounds disgustingly creamily overhwhelming with all the cream soup but it is SOOO good.

    Cheesy Broccoli Casserole (from Looneyspoons)

1 cup uncooked rice (I like a mix of wild and basmati but you can use whatever)
2 cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 cups of broccoli florets (or 1.5 cups broccoli, 1.5 cups cauliflower)

Prepare rice according to package directions (typically 1 part rice: 2 parts water).  Set aside.

    Preheat oven to 350.

In a medium bowl, stir together soup, cheese, and Dijon mustard.  Mix well.

Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray.  Layer 1/2 the soup mixture on the bottom.  Top with 1/2 the broccoli, then 1/2 the rice.  Repeat layers.  COver and bake 1 hour.  Let cool 5 min before serving.
