    Yesterday I walked for an hour at work then did Jillian Michaels 6 pack Abs. I was able to do the whole video finally! B~2 hard boiled eggs minus 1 yolk and tomato juice L~salad w turkey etc D~ my dad always takes me for wings for my birthday so how could I not go?! My dad, step mom, sister and her FI, my FI and dtr all went. I was a nice night but I had 10 wings and 3 bRoccoli poppers. This is why I came home and did Jillian Michaels. It made me feel better ; )

    But here is mine (if you can see it :-)

    B - Oatmeal with Berries
    S - Apple
    L - Turkey on low carb wrap and progresso light soup
    S - Carrots and laughing cow cheese wedge
    D - Grilled turkey burger w/ peach salsa on a salad (no bun)

    I can't see them either! 

    But I wanted to share that yesterday I did a Turbo workout and noticed that according to my bodybugg I burned almost 100 calories more in the turbo workout than the Insanity workout.  that makes me wonder if I should stick to Insanity or not.  I really think that I am starting to see change from Insanity, but not sure if it matters that I'm not burning as much calories as I could.

    anyway, I do have Insanity Plyo scheduled for tonight.

    B - Shakeology shake
    S1 - greek yogurt
    L - salmon wrap with an apple
    D - not sure yet...

    So TK is being whacky again.

    Today:

    B-Bowl of Special K Red Berries (1 cup) with 1/2 cup 2% milk

    S-Nabisco Crackers

    D- Rice and sausage, chicken, peppers and onions in pasta sauce

    S- 2 Samoa cookies (Damn those Girl Scouts!)
