Folk rock band (i.e. Mumford and Sons) recs???

Does anyone know of a cool folk rock bank that sounds similar to Mumford and Sons in the DC area?  I'm looking for a band for my husband's 40th birthday party.  Any and all recs would be greatly appreciated!!  Thank you!
