Help! Catering!

My fiance and I just had a tasting with a central PA caterer, and it was the worst food we have ever had in our lives! We are huge foodies and from Philadelphia, so we eat great food all the time and don't expect any less at our wedding. On top of that my fiance is an amazing chef, but we can't cater our own wedding! (we would like to, but its not practical)

 If any fellow foodies or chefs from central PA have any suggestions for caterers, please let me know!
(our wedding is near York)
We are thinking BBQ, casual, southern inspired, bold flavors.

    Try Big Bob's BBQ!! That is who we are going with! We used to go to church with them before we moved and they always did our church gatherings!!

    try porkeys they caterr and have very reasonable prices not o mention amazing food. they are doing my wedding

    Check out The Uncommon Caterer. She travels all around the area and makes amazing food!  What I love about her (it's a mother/daughter team) is she/they make all their food fresh  so you never have to worry about out of the Costco box h'or deureves or dinner items!
