I saw someone's blog about a ceremony on Indian Rocks Beach in Florida, and I want to know how you handled it. My reception is at Holiday Inn IRB and they don't coordinate the ceremony, so who did you use to help you set up on the beach? Who officiated? I've looked at probably 10-15 websites that will bring the officiant, an arch, tiki torches, cd music, and chairs (only 25), and the least expensive source is around $700, and more if you want more chairs. I live in New Jersey, so there's not a lot I can do with regards to putting this together myself. Most I'll probably be able to do is buy flower petals to give my friends to throw in the aisle. Any ideas, esp. from someone who's done this???? Thanks!
