I've been out of school for a couple of years, and my previous classes never used APA format. I have to use it now, and I have no clue how to cite something in memorandum I found online. Do I include the subject of the memo?
I'm thinking something like
Author, I. I. (2000). memo title. Retrieved from website
There is a specific date on the memo - do I need to incorporate that somehow?
