Just got my first RSVP...

...and it's from the aunt and uncle who both FI and his mother swore up and down wouldn't come.  And oh, guess what?  They're coming.

Yup, always prepare for 100%, people.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

    I'm still bummed that a majority of our RSVPs have not been returned.  I loved getting them in the mail and I don't get that joy for most.

    That's funny! But it is weird how family you don't see in forever will show up at all life altering events. I'm worried about RSVPs too. I hope they send them back. I would sure hate for them to waste my 44 cent on the stamp! I wanted to do them online but that would only help 1/3 of our guests. We have a lot of elderly and computer illiterate people on the list!
