Hi ladies!! 

I just wrote an introduction in the intro post.. but wanted to also take a second to say hello :)

I am Tamara. My Fiance is Jerred. We're 29 & 30 and getting married July 13th! We've had a short engagement-- he proposed on January 2nd just before we boarded a plane to THAILAND for 5 weeks! As soon as we got back from that trip it's been planning, planning, planning... and I am loving every second of it!

We are both Canadian (Vancouver!) and we are getting married on an Orchard in central British Columbia. Our theme is sort of a rustic-elegance. Lots of vintagey stuff, mason jars, bunting, etc. We're super excited!

    Hello!!! 

    Sounds like it will be awesome! I am a fan of shorter engagements, our 8month one has seemed too long. We are doing a "chevron wedding" but nothing too crazy/ over the top chevron.. mostly just to use so its not too wedding standard and alittle more modern/ pizazzed..


    Just curious, what is bunting?

    <div>That's exactly how we felt! To be honest, we would have PREFERED a September date... but we fell in love with a Venue that only had ONE 2013 date left.. and that was July 13th. So, we closed out eyes and jumped in! I'm so glad that we did it--- I think I would implode if I had to wait until 2014! Plus, the planning is coming along SO well. 6-7 months has been plenty of time for us to put it all together. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cool.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" /></div>
