  Argh! Tricky! We just found out one of the biggest exhibitions of the year will be held the same week we are in Vegas, so I sympathise!
  
  I would probably look at Mirage, Caesars Palace and New York New York - and offer your guests the option of Excalibur fr people on a lower budget.

  I believe the vegas tourism site, yes here: http://www.lasvegastourism.com/lasvegas_conventions.htm BUT it only has meeting & conventions. Maybe you can find one of those tourists sites that can check concerts, etc. I found out from the guy helping me do the room block.

  sign up from email promotions from all the hotels on the strip. I got a great deal at MGM using one. Sorry for the hotel drama! HTH

  Hugs Encore!  I just found out that the National Rodeo Finals are the same week/weekend as our wedding which is why we can't book any Large suites either!
  
  Check out Platinum Hotel ...it doesn't have a view of the fountains  (Its behind Bally's), but we're keeping is as a back-up for a Meet & greet location..  Good Luck!

  I mean the Paris hotel is right there and then there is the new City Center right next to the Bellagio. Hope it all works out

  Can you get a suite at Paris with a view?  And just move your Planet Hollywood block to Bally's?  Its also a Harrah's property and on the cheaper side since its not a theme casino.

  After going back and forth with Harrah's they suggested we keep the rooms blocks as is. I probably won't get a suite but I am still waiting to hear which rooms I can get. I will have to adjust the meet and greet though...thanks for the suggestions!

  The Signature at MGM is really nice My fiance and I have booked a room there for our wedding night!! The Venetian is another great place.
  (But just as a general rule, Vegas always has some big event or other going on I've lived here for almost 19 years and work on the Strip so it's always insane, unfortunately.)
  But good luck with finding a great place to stay
