My photographer is charging a grip. He's including a 2nd shooter in the package. He owns his own business... and I think (even though I chose him because I love his work) that I'd be hard pressed to come up with an amount to tip him. If he's hiring someone to work as his contractor that day, how do I know what to tip him, if at all? I'm at a loss.
The package price is $6k.
