Wedding officiant

Neither my finance and i are a member of any church and have no family or friends who can marry us. We are thinking about asking a justice of the peace but, im unsure of how to go about this. Do I randomly start calling JPs in my area. If anyone has suggestions i would LOVE to hear them.

Try going to the courthouse and asking the people in the clerk's office (or where you go to apply for a M.L.) if there is anyone they have contact info for. Also, just put out your feelings to those around you, it's likely that someone will know of a JP, which is how it worked out in my case. Good luck!
