Venue Help!

Hi ladies! I hayve been trying to find a venue for about a month now and cant seem to make up my mind! I really liked the Olmsted but now they only have fridays available and I am not sure how i feel about a friday night wedding. Where else can i look? I had originally wanted an outdoor wedding but talked myself out of it due to weather issues and the unknown! I looked at farnsley and locust grove. I feel like I am out of options! If it helps we are expecting around 175-200 and are looking at September 2013! Any suggestions?

Our wedding is at the Olmsted in October. I am super excited. I highly recommend them if you do decide to go the Friday route. Brenda Bush is super helpful and sweet. I feel very calm knowing she is in charge at The Olmsted.

We are using South parrk country club, it is a beautiful place!! You should look them up! Yet, it would be outdoors. It is really nice, and the best part is, they are really inexpensive! Along with that, everyone there has been very helpful!

Try Hurstbourne Country Club. They have a beautiful outdoor space for the wedding that would be gorgeous in the fall. Have you looked into White Hall? We looked into Frazier and the Science Center. The Gillispie is gorgeous too.

The Gillespie also has a new space called the Loft. It's a cool lofty type place with brick walls and white columns. We are having our rehearsal dinner there in September.

Try The Grand in New Albany. It is beautiful and the staff is awesome!

I'm looking at the same timeframe and am looking at 21C and The Pointe, has anyone used the Pointe? They seem to be a reasonable price but do not include chairs/tables so you have to rent them. Any idea if that will blow a budget?
