Grand Forks Receptions

Anyone have recommendations for a reception site in Grand Forks? About 75 guests, relatively inexpensive.

    Lots of people do receptions at the Ralph or the Alerus Center.

    There are plenty of hotels in town that have really nice ballrooms, though - and would be smaller than the ones at the event centers.

    I know the Alerus is quite pricey.  However if you're not worried about it being too swanky the VFW in EGF is cheaper but also a little less classy.

    We are having our reception at the Clarion Inn in Grand Forks.  It is relatively cheap, and they are super willing to work with what you want!

    We're having ours at the townhouse guest house... cash bar is inlcuded which I love because some places have you put a certain amount down for the cash bar "rental" but this was included!

    Empire Arts Center can hold about 100 people.

    Eagles Crest Grill on the Kings Walk Golf Couse is gorgeous and very inexpensive. Paul Waind is great to work with. Until my wedding got too large, this is the venue we had picked... Your number will be PERFECT for it. http://www.kingswalk.org/clubhouse.php
