    This is what I'm using. The hotel sent me their diagram of the room and where everything would be. I input everything in here and it works perfectly. It's even easier if you have been using the site to collect RSVP's because then it has all of your guests name's already there and you just place people where you want them. In mine I put where everything is, so they can use it to set up (bar, photobooth, dj, etc.)
