I'm making the Fiancee his favorite dinner of Steak with Peppercorn gravy, mashed potatoes, and a crab salad, and afabulous mint chip ice cream cake I found a recipe for yesterday...

the dangers of Pinterest I tell ya...  if it's not DIY wedding decorations, it's the ice cream cakes that will suck you in with their simplicity...

Lyndsay- I need this ice cream cake recipe!  It sounds so good!  Tell me how it turns out!

We didn't do anything.  I made cookies but H has been pounding his head against a wall for homework all day and I have been doing nothing once I got home from class.  It's a hard life I tell ya.  ;)

    I woke up really sick!

I ended up not being able to do anything I planned. I was going to cook dinner for SO, whip up some red frosting for cupcakes, I got him chocolate dipped strawberries and was going to blend us up some strawberry marguritas.

He came over and surprised me with flowers and a card, and I took some dayquill and we went out to a nice lunch. He's been watching moveis with me all day. I'm just super happy we're together. It's been a great day.

I also got flowers and I card from my dad and I got myself blue daisy's so my room looks and smells amazing.

It's a bit of a bummer reading posts online about people being depressed, single, and alone. I remember being single and still having fun.

Today is our Valentine's Day. We couldn't be together yesterday (although we did get in a Skype date!) so tonight we're going to go to dinner and hopefully get some cuddle time in. This weekend is wedding crazy-ness, so on Monday I'll have a bunch of checks!

Well, I have class Thursday evenings, so there's never any cooking on Thursday.  DH went out for a quick dinner with a friend of ours who's been having a rough time, then we got home at about the same time.

We had some "special time" *wink wink*.

The FH attacked most of it over the weekend.  Finishing it won't be a problem thanks to his random crazy chocolate craving...  And they say men don't PMS...
