Newbie here-
Does anyone have a recommendation for a hair stylist familiar with 30s/40s hairstyles that would do wedding party hair the day of? I'd like to form a relationship early to get comfortable and don't have a preferred stylist right now. Thanks-

Great question! I will be needing one as well. I wonder if a person could contact play houses for names? They have people do vintage hair and makeup all the time.

I contacted a girl from Craigslist; Justine Hornick.

While searching her website, I ran across a picture of a bride that I knew personally.

I attended her wedding, and I can tell you that she had a beautiful vintage hairstyle.

Thank you ladies - this is a great start. I tend to do my own (sometimes poorly) in a vintage style for daily wear. I was hoping to try someone fantastic that could do something different. I will defintely try and contact some of them.

I can recommend this book as well to those who are looking to try it out on their own.
