Save the Date for At Home Reception wording

Hey Knotties,

I hope everyone is having a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. I was just wondering if anyone sent out Save the Dates for their At Home Reception and if so what wording did you use on them since it isn't really a wedding save the date.

We did not do formal save the dates. We did, however, contact various key friends & family by phone, email, etc as part of our normal correspondence with them to inform them we intended to throw a party over Easter weekend. It worked out well for us, especially since we did not yet have complete mailing addresses for some of the guests at the 4-6 month mark.
