  They don't make colored tissues anymore, to my knowledge.  Too many people complaining about the dyes getting into your eyes & nose, etc. 
  
  You could probably google or youtube ways to dye tissues, but it would probably be tons easier to use white tissues and colored packages.
  
  Or you could post this on the DIY board and see what they think.  Those ladies are SO creative and amazing!

  i wanted colored tissues as well but they were next to impossible to crazy expensive or the wrong size so I gave up and got tissues with the monogram A on them.

  where are you putting tears of jow. i love the idea im having a church wedding not sure if i should have someone passing them out to each guest...or putting them in the programs..or randomly on the pews

  I have never heard of tears of joy tissues.  I assume they're just little packs of tissues for your guests in case they get emotional?
