looking for local advice on hotels

Hi!
We will be staying in San Diego for 3 nights during our honeymoon.  Any recommendations?
Thanks! :)

What sort of things do you like doing, or do you have any sight-seeing plans in particular?  Are you renting a car, or do you need to be somewhere close to transportation options?  What price range are you looking for?

www.bahiahotel.com/">www.bahiahotel.com: This is a nice but expenseive hotel. Its a popular destination and it's very close to sea world. I have stayed there and it's right on the beach.

http://www.crystalpier.com/: If you are looking for something different this hotel offers little cottages on the pier. My mom stayed there and loved it! Again it's not really cheap.

Not knowing more specifics about what you're looking for I would suggest these two. Sorry for italics I couldn't get rid of them :)
