XP: Need your opinion please

Hi, I need some help.
 This is my dress http://www.sinceritybridal.com/sip/4525 I am going to wear it without the shoulder part.
 I bought this slip to go under it http://www.pettiskirtstyle.com/petticoatslip.htm the long red one.
I went and had it hemmed and the bustle put in, but the bustle covers all the sparkles on the back and even when I lift the dress up a little bit you can not see the slip ( which I wanted to be able to do, for pictures )
So, my question is how do I fix it ?? What do you all recommend?

    Any possibility you could post pictures?
    Since my reception is grassy, I had my seamstress do my bustle in a way that would lift all of it up a bit.  Not sure if this would be an option for your dress.  Mine is a tulle ball gown.
    Also, does your crinoline go to the ground?  You could get it lengthened to stick out more maybe.  I'd say find a good seamstress- don't be afraid to ask around and leave your local bridal shop unless there is a great seamstress there.  A professional seamstress who understands your vision may have a good idea.

    I am going to have to take it back and fix the bustle but I am not sure what kind to put in.
    I don't have any pictures of me in the dress, just the one that is on line.
