The night before....

I can't think of what to do the night before the wedding?

Any ideas?

In regards to...? Sleeping arrangements? Activities?

ETA- H and I went out to dinner with a few friends, I came home early and went to bed. He stayed out a little bit longer but we stayed together that night. In the morning I got all my stuff together and headed out for the day.

After our rehearsal and RD we went back home where H grab all of his essentials and then headed to his parents. Me and my Mom watched tv in bed before falling asleep. That was the extent of my night before the wedding.

Honestly, I wouldn't do much but try and relax. By that point there really isn't much you can do or should be doing.

No rehearsal or RD

I feel like we should do something. But no idea what.

I also need to decide where to get ready and if after the hairdresser the BMs (who are children) come back to where I am getting ready and get ready or not

I had about 3 glasses of wine at my RD so sleeping for me was easy peasy

I wouldn't focus on doing too much. Just relax for the most part. If where you are getting ready has enough room for everyone else to join you, there's no reason you can't ask your BMs to get ready with you. Some may choose not to. Some places to get ready could be at home, another BMs house, parent's house, in-law's house or hotel room. Some venues even have bridal rooms so you can get ready right at the venue.

I wouldn't really plan anything. Get some sleep, and if you want, hang out with your bridal party for a while and have a bottle of wine. But, try not to overdo it.

We had a RD, and then the big group of friends and cousins went to a bar and met up with more friends. After that, my sisters and I spent the night in a hotel room that all the BP got ready in the next day. We stayed up way too late and ordered Chinese food. It was awesome. I still got a good 6 hours.

We'll probably go out with the wedding party. Or maybe we'll just go home and hang with the dogs. Who knows.

FI and I are going to part ways the day before until the wedding day. I may see if some of my BMs want to come over in the afternoon/evening to swim if it's warm enough (and I will be applying tons of sunscreen if we do!) or have a glass of wine. Then I'm going to take a bubble bath with a glass of wine, fancy cheese, music and candles then go to sleep.

We did our RD with our parents, siblings and their spouses, and our BM/MOH and their other halves. We then went to bed. We did make sure to have breakfast together though before going to get ready.

We had our rehearsal dinner. Then we went back to the hotel. H went to sleep, I went into the hotel lobby with my mom, FMIL, aunts (both sides of the family) and some friends and drank wine. Well, they drank wine- I wouldn't have any. Then I went to sleep.

Wow you're having your bachelorette party the night before the wedding?? I was so sick the morning after mine, I can't even imagine!

For ours, after the RD, I went back to my parents' house and just hung out with my mom and talked. It was low key and I wanted to get to bed early.

We are having our rehearsal and RD then possibly going back to FIL's with everyone to play bags, hang out etc. FI will stay with a friend and I will stay at our house with some of my BM's.

We had our rehearsal and RD, then DH (first time typing DH instead of FI, so fun!) went out with his guys to a restaurant and then back to our apartment. I stayed at my parents with my friend and we stayed up til 3 and woke up at 5. I was too anxious to get a full nights sleep. I wasn't really tired or cranky on the day of though.

After the RD, J and his GM went to a bar and hung out, then went home and went swimming. I headed back to the hotel where my entire family was staying and just relaxed with my cousins and BMs. I think we made a last minute trip to Wal Mart for who knows what (at the time it was SUPER-DUPER important and the wedding probably wouldn't have happened without it, obvi.), then went to bed. I got at least 8 hours of sleep that night, which I didn't really expect. I thought I wouldn't sleep a wink, but it had been a really long day already.

I can't imagine doing my bachelorette party the night before! We didn't get completely hammered, but I was pretty worthless the next day.

We were already at the hotel the night before the wedding and didn't have a rehearsal or RD. We ordered a bunch of pizzas and invited whoever was there early to the suite to hang out. I kicked everyone except my BMs out at 11 and went to bed.

We had plans to play at the casino and hang out at the bar after the rehearsal dinner (our hotel was at a casino/resort hotel), but we were so tired from the rehearsal dinner that we literally went straight to bed--

My maid of honor is planning on (along with the bridesmaids) getting a hotel room for the 4 of us and just spending the night together watching old movies and hopefully getting some sleep. Like a last sleepover with the girls

We didn't get out of our rehearsal dinner until about 11 p.m. and then, thanks to our drama-llama friend who caused issues earlier in the day that screwed up our schedule for the day, we had to go to our apartment and get all our stuff to take to the hotel we were staying in to be closer to the venue. It was nearly 1 before we got everything done, and I had to be up super early b/c our ceremony was in the morning. I hated that we were not able to just relax.

FI's dad insisted we host a welcome reception (and he's paying, so we're going along with it), so we're basically having a mini wedding the night before our wedding. I'm sure it will be a stress-free weekend! (eye roll)

My RD is two days before my wedding so for the DAY before the wedding I booked two adjoining rooms in the hotel that my wedding/reception is taking place. My BMs and I are just going to do some pampering (mani/pedis/etc.) and relaxing with some wine the night before and then use those rooms to get ready day of.

For ours we will have the RD, but then we are all heading to a hotel near the reception/ceremony and hanging out with family, BMs, GM and WP. Then I will be with the girls and he will be with the guys. We may see each other for a bit on the wedding day since we will be getting the reception ready, but that's it.

After the RD myself and all the bridesmaids (that arent already married) are going to the cabin to sleep! Its also the same cabin that we'll all be getting ready in the next day

I'm not sure what you're going for but here's what we will be doing:

Before the rehearsal the BMs and I are going to a "jump around" its like a giant bouncy house. Good for stress relief and fun, and has nothing to do with the wedding. Then the rehearsal, and RD, and then to our hotels and we will have some DIY spa time. Then some sleep, and lots of it I hope.
