So I'm not very happy with Kohls right now....
If anyone's used their registry you get registry rewards which is 10% of items purchased off your registry up to $200 and you are to receive these rewards 90 days after your wedding date. Well it's past 90 days and I was really planning on the rewards for my a food saver. I roughly figured we'd get the full $200 or close to it in rewards.
Well normally I'm a patient person. But in this case I was really banking on having the rewards right now because I'm at a point I need the food saver, like tomorrow. We bought a pig and the meat is coming home tomorrow ready or not! So I call Kohls asking when I could expect to receive my rewards (doubled checked before calling that it was in fact 90 days after the wedding and found that was correct in two seperate areas). They inform me, that it will actually be closer to 120 days and there is absolutely nothing they can do - really???? I call back again the next day, more persistant and still nothing they can do.
I'm going to buy the food saver because I need to get the meat we are receiving packaged up. I just don't understand how they can list and promise customers one thing on their website but not follow it and think it's perfectly fine. Ughhhhhhhh
