My fiancé and I have asked a friend to preform our ceremony for us and be the officiant. Where can I get the best information for the state of NY (and/or if Albany county has specific regulations re: ceremony guidelines) to make sure that our friend is correctly licensed to marry us in NY and the ceremony includes anything that may be necessary for a wedding NY/ Albany?
