Where to Elope?

My FH and I are planning on Eloping in Colorado August 2018.  It will be just the two of us and hopefully a photographer.  We picture us on top of a peak with a beautiful backdrop, if any one knows of any hikes or recommendations of places that would be great!

    0n top of a peak?  Some of our mountain peaks are 14,000 ft. or more.  No easy way to get there!  After climbing our mountains, you won't be making pretty pictures of yourself.
    The most beautiful views are often from across a valley.  The most famous is Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park, but in August it will be swarming with tourists.

    Your best bet is probably to find a resort with a view from their patio. @lyndausvi works in a resort in Colorado, and she might have some suggestions.  August is definitely busy tourist season, though.

    I liked the town of Georgetown, CO, of I-70.  It has beautiful architecture and some very pretty spots.  https://www.georgetown-colorado.org/

    Ouray is gorgeous and not a crazy hike to oversee the town.
