Wedding Woes

Vent about friend's behavior

Okay, so this is a rant/ask for your opinion on what you would do in my situation.  For back story, my friend got married several years ago.  She had a bridal shower which I bought a present for, a bachelorette party which I bought a gift for (I had not been planning to buy a present, but she demanded that I go to Priscilla's and buy a specific item and I obliged as she was one of my best friends), and I bought her a wedding gift.

Flash forward to my wedding.  I did not want either a bridal shower or a bachelorette party.  She then whined about how she had been communicating with my sister on facebook and that they really wanted to plan these parties for me.  So I let myself get talked into having a bach. party.  So the day of the party I find out that my friend did not help my sister plan it at all or help pay for it.  So I was pissed about that and then the friend shows up and doesn't give a gift.  (Yes, I realize that no one is required to give a gift, but after demanding that I give her one, I thought she would at least reciprocate).  Then on the day of the wedding, she was commenting on the wedding gifts that I had received and she says, "Your gift from me is in the mail."  I thought it was weird, in our circle you bring gifts to the wedding.  So that made me think that she hadn't bought the gift yet, but was planning to soon and mail it.  Well, it has been 5 weeks since the wedding and I still haven't received so much as a card from her.

So, now I'm torn about what to do.  I want to do either A) never speak to her again, B) say something to her about it in case she actually did send something and it got lost, stolen, etc. or C)  still be friends with her but never bring it up.  I'm afraid that at some point I will have a tourette's moment and yell, "I bought you 3 presents, and you couldn't buy me one?  You and your husband make more money than I do!"  Sorry for the long post.  What would you do?
