I'm looking for a place in the metro dc region to have a small wedding and reception for 70 people or less. Our budget is five thousand including taxes and grautity. We don't want to have it anywhere tha requires cleanup by friends or family. Also, we really don't want to skimp on the food or alcohol to much and are hoping to have a nice mixture of both. Please help!!!
